Classic Plan + Nutrition for Runners Program
The Nutrition for Runners program is designed to help you fuel properly, train sustainably, and perform at your best. Led by a Registered Dietitian and Running Coach, this program teaches you how to optimize nutrition for endurance, prevent underfueling, and build a healthy relationship with food. Whether you’re training for your first race or looking to improve your performance, I will provide the guidance you need to fuel smarter, recover faster, and run stronger.
