Individualized Training Plan with Weekly Check-ins

  • Intro meeting with history, evaluation, and goal setting

  • Personalized, progressive, and adaptive training plan, including running workouts, cross-training, and injury prevention warm-ups, programmed via Final Surge

  • Weekly training feedback and adjustments to plan as needed

  • Unlimited email & text support during business hours

  • Pre-race planning & strategy discussion for goal races

  • Post-race debrief discussion with your coach

  • General education on performance fueling and hydration

Basic Plan:

Road to 26.2 (or 13.1)

The Road to 26.2 (or 13.1) is your all-in-one program to train and fuel your marathon or half marathon confidently. You’ll get a 16-week training plan tailored to your level, expert nutrition guidance to fuel your runs and recovery, weekly coaching check-ins for accountability, and a supportive community to keep you motivated. Plus, you’ll gain access to resources like meal plans, hydration strategies, and race-day prep tips. We provide everything you need to stay injury-free, feel strong, and cross the finish line with pride—without sacrificing your life outside of running!
