I ran cross country and track at The University of Cincinnati. My passion for running extends far beyond the sport because through running I met my husband and made lifelong friends.
Running has been a significant part of my life, but years of underfueling left me sidelined with injury and eventually led to infertility. I am on a mission to help runners heal their relationship with food, fuel their training right, and run their best race while living their best life!
I am originally from Medina, Ohio but since my husband joined the United States Marine Corps in 2012 we have lived all over the US & in Okinawa, Japan! We are currently stationed in Portland, OR.
When I am not busy coaching my clients you can find me playing with my kids, exploring the Japanese culture, hiking, and paddle boarding!
Education background: I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from The University of Cincinnati, completed my Dietetic Internship at The Cleveland Clinic, and obtained my Master’s of Public Health from Liberty University.
