Welcome to the Fuel to Run Course!
Before you dive in, I just wanted to run you through (pun-intended 😂) a few things to make logging in and consuming the modules easy-peasy.
Step: 1
Check your inbox for an email guiding you on how to create a username and password for Practice Better.
This is the program that will contain all the learning modules you need to increase performance and heal your relationship with food!
Once you create your username and password, you can access Practice Better through this login page.
Step: 2
Once you've logged in, you will see “The Fuel to Run Course” listed under the My Program section.
Step: 3
Once you click on "The Fuel to Run Course," you'll immediately gain access to 5 modules.
While it's recommended to watch them in order, you have the flexibility to navigate as you see fit, but make sure you revisit any missed modules.
Each module comes with an associated recording, accessible via a hyperlink.
And worksheets are available to download as well.
Step: 4
In the Bonus Content module you will also find a handout for additional research, books, podcasts, and Instagram accounts I highly recommend!
