β€œI threw out my old clothes and went a size up in pants, and it was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. It was a little discouraging at first, but after that it literally didn’t change. I feel like I actually carried a couple extra pounds during marathon training. But overall, since starting intuitive eating, my weight has remained stable and I feel better than ever!! 

I did two early morning workouts this week and had plenty of energy, thanks to my pre and post workout nutrition.

My weekly win was a major shift in my perspective around running. I was so focused on practicing perfectionism that it took all the fun out of it. I did a couple run/walk intervals this week, without tracking it on my garmin. I had no goal for the workout, just to enjoy it. I used to only go out for my runs with a goal mileage or pace in mind. I am learning to simply enjoy it, and enjoy the process of getting back into it.”
